THE GRAPES
Our grapes are sourced from the rich red-loam soils of the Murray Darling region in South-West NSW.The Pinot Noir grape is temperamental. It needs lots of love and care both in the vineyard and in the wine-making process. Luckily, we know the people just right for the job.
THE WINEMAKING
2023 vintage was less warm than usual, meaning the grapes had longer to develop, resulting more depth of flavour for these pinot noir grapes. The grapes were harvested during the cool early morning. Partially matured on French oak.
