THE WINE
This 2024 dry Sangiovese Rosé has notes of strawberry and spicy cherry. Berry flavours are balanced by soft, crisp acidity.
THE FOOD
Sip as a pre-dinner aperitif or alongside light, delicate dishes. Think charcuterie boards, sashimi and fresh salads. Also, just perfect on its own.
THE GRAPES
Our grapes are sourced from the rich red-loam soils of the Murray Darling region in South-West NSW. Sangiovese enjoys this dry, warm climate to slowly develop its concentrated flavours. Sangiovese is a very popular choice for Rosé as it naturally lends itself for a dry, crisp wine.
THE WINEMAKING
Picked early during 2024 vintage, while the grapes are still immature, gives this Rosé light pink colour, red berry flavours and natural acidity. Harvested during the cool morning, the grapes are crushed and gently pressed to draw out that perfect pink colour.
