How do I access my customer portal?
Log into your customer account on our store then click the 'manage subscription' button that will direct you to your portal.
Use the same email address you ordered your subscription through. No need to try remember another password - you will receive a 6-digit code to log in.
Can I cancel or change my subscription?
Yes you can! Modify or cancel your subscription anytime in the customer portal. Log in to your account on our store then click 'manage subscriptions' to

Can I swap the wine I order in my subscription?
Yes you can, here's how:
Step 1: Log into your account/user profile page on our online store.
Step 2: Navigate to 'Manage Subscription'
Step 3: Click on the subscription order that you wish to modify.
Step 4: Search the product you wish to add/swap. Select 'add product'. Delete any unwanted products.
Done! Just check it has been updated correctly in the 'upcoming orders' section.
How do I pay for each subscription?
When you subscribe you will enter your payment details and payment will automatically be deducted the day of each recurring delivery being processed, packed and shipped.
You can log in to your portal to update your billing details.
When will I be charged for my next delivery?
Payment will automatically be deducted the day of each recurring delivery being processed and packed.
For example, if you initially subscribed on 20th of January for a monthly subscription - your account will be charged on the 20th of February and your order processed and shipped.
How do I change my shipping address
Log in to your customer portal to update your details.
Click 'My Account' on top right corner and ;then select 'profile' and update shipping address under 'Addresses' section. Click save and this will update your details.
What is the cost of shipping?
FREE! Every delivery on subscription orders are free.
How is my package sent?
Your package will be sent with Australia Post. See shipping page for more details.
